Introduction

This post is quit different, as it’s been a long time I have not posted anything.

We are going to 3D print array for server drives !

Environment

My setup is the following :

• Elegoo Mars (v1)
• Elegoo water washable resin, blue transparent
• Lychee Slicer

As I had some trouble at first with my prints, I had found some settings for the water washable resin. It seems that the water washable resin needs more time to cure.

Here are the settings :

So, after maybe 2 hours, the print was done.

The next step is to clean the print and remove all the supports :

Then, we can cure them (nail machine, I know… until I buy a more sophisticated one) :

I could have bought from manufacturer directly, but it’s so satisfying printing whatever you want/need.
